Elite Training
Our elite training program offers unparalleled expertise and commitment to advanced wrestlers for 7th grade through high school.
Youth Training Program
Multiple sessions offered for wrestlers at different ability levels for grades K through 6th, focusing on teaching foundational skills, promoting resilience, and highlighting critical instruction to become a competitive wrestler.
Wrestling Camps
Youth camps focused on teaching wrestlers of all ability levels in their growth and understanding of the sport.
Spring 2025 Olympic-Style Training
Session Dates: March 3 – June 27

Provide motivated area wrestlers with advanced training and development opportunities in a competitive environment, focusing mainly on Olympic styles (freestyle and Greco-Roman). Open to male and female wrestlers. All ages and experience levels welcome.
Practice Times: M//W/Th 5:00 – 6:30 pm
Location: Rampage Wrestling, 2217 Sunset Blvd. #703, Rocklin
Cost: $100 per month/$375 for entire Spring Session, if paid in full
Fall 2024 – Early Spring 2025 Elite Training Program
Session Dates: November 4 – February 27

PreK- 3rd (Gray): M/W 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
4th – 6th (White): T/Th 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
